Students who need to withdraw from their study programme, are to download the Withdrawal Request Form. The form should be duly filled in, signed by both the student as well as their parent/guardian and present it to the SSO.
The Student Wellbeing & Support Committee (SWSC) shall call the student to assess and evaluate the request. The student is normally expected to continue attending sessions until the SWSC considers the request and makes its recommendation. This will be communicated to the student within eight (8) working days.
If the student decides to withdraw against the recommendation of the SWSC, then the student will be asked to hand in the Junior College Student ID card to complete the process of withdrawal.
