1. Click here to create a copy of the Junior College Student Timetable Template in Google Sheets
2. After clicking on "Make a Copy" the file will open automatically with your default internet browser.
3. Fill in the timetable accordingly. For each session you will need to indicate: the level, the subject, the type of session, the group number and finally the room number.
4. When ready Click File, choose Download and select PDF Document (.pdf).
5. Save your file by typing the Year number (2 or 1), Surname and Name in this order following the examples: 2 Borg Marija or 1 Zammit Joseph
6. Upload the saved .pdf file using the Add File Option on this form.
