Further details
During the committee meetings, students are expected to attend and contribute accordingly. Before and after the meetings, various emails are usually sent in order to facilitate communication. Tasks related to the planning, organisation and execution of events will be split among committee members depending upon the availability and strength of each member. During the activities which may vary from one to three days, students would need to spare time to do the tasks that they have committed themselves to do, such as staying at the stand, selling items, and discussing with other students and lecturers to create awareness about the issue that the activity would be focusing on.
