Junior Achievement Malta, Company Programme (C006) is an Enrichment Programme Unit for students who have an idea and want to make it happen.
Any student from any background who is interested in trying entrepreneurship may join this programme. The company programme is for students who would like to try their hand at managing a company, who enjoy networking and being creative and for students who are interested in developing soft skills.
Learning Outcomes
By the end of this unit, students should be able to:

Further details
Students in the Junior Achievement Malta, Company Programme are to commit to:
- At least one weekly meeting with the team
- Participate in the workshops held by the Junior Achievement Malta, Company Programme or the EP Coordinator, typically taking place on a Saturday
- Participate in all the events organised by the Junior Achievement Malta, Company Programme (Business Plan Competition, Product Launch, Getting to Market, Semi Finals and Finals of the Competition)
- Keep regular contact with the Business Advisor and Link Teacher
- Keep the deadlines of the different tasks highlighted by the Junior Achievement Malta, Company Programme and the EP Coordinator
Additional benefits
- Students participating will be making new contacts in the Entrepreneurship field.
- Students can sit for the Entrepreneurial Skills Pass and obtain a certificate.
- Students will receive certification of participation in the Company Programme from Junior Achievement Malta. This certification will give extra credentials on a CV.
- Upon 80% of completion, students can gain the Non-Formal Award (MQF Level 3) in the Junior Achievement Malta, Company Programme.
- Internships are also made available for participating students.
- This program can be used for the SOK Project (after confirmation of the SOK coordinator/tutor).
Conditions
- Students are to be committed throughout the Junior Achievement Malta, Company Programme.
- Opportunities and certifications are issued upon completion of the full programme.
Registration/Participation fees
No fees with Junior College however there is a small fee with Junior Achievement Malta to cover training, ESP Exam and other materials. The Junior Achievement Malta fee is typically €35 - the amount may vary from one year to another. Write to the coordinator to confirm the amount.
