Euroscola (C004) is an Enrichment Programme Unit for students who are interested in European affairs, international relations, citizenship, politics, human rights, communication and culture within the context of the European Union.
Learning Outcomes
By the end of this unit, students should be able to:
- have a better understanding and knowledge of how the EU works in relation to citizenship, and the EU's institutional framework
- learn about the work of the European Parliament
- learn more about the fields of legislature, human rights, and other current topics of interest that are on the EU's agenda.

Duration and frequency of sessions
1 hour a week during the preparatory phase. These meetings will be announced later.

Further details
Students are expected to attend a competition test first. Following approval of their acceptance to participate in the programme, students will be required to attend at least 80% of the planned sessions, and travel to Strasbourg to attend the Euroscola day.
Additional benefits
- All participants who have completed the programme and have attended the Euroscola session in Strasbourg, will also receive a certificate of participation issued by the European Parliament.
- Another benefit is that students are given the opportunity to travel, experience a different culture and also have exposure to the European Parliament including its function and role which is a unique experience.
Conditions
This unit is only available for a maximum of 24 students and their registration to participate is through the initial test.
