MyPotential! Self Development Programme (W003) is an Enrichment Programme Unit for students who are interested in personal and professional growth in their chosen career path.
The Wellbeing Team has prepared this highly interesting programme which will focus on three different but complementary areas in helping you enhance yourself !
Learning Outcomes
By the end of this unit, students should be able to:
- collaborate with others while engaging in independent and reflective thinking
- learn evidence-based skills in relaxation techniques and management of anxiety and stress
- discuss about what makes a healthy relationship as opposed to an abusive one
- prepare their CV and will have the opportunity to sit for a mock interview
- have an insight of various career opportunities.

Further details
Activities will include group discussions, group exercises, role plays, mock interviews, awareness, basic input, short workshops, personal reflection and individual reflection.
Students are expected to:
- demonstrate commitment by attending regularly
- respect the JC Code of Behaviour at all times
- participate in discussions
- ask relevant questions
