Both subjects are in Group 2 and may be taken either separately or together. It is suggested that subject choice is based on the course you intend to further your education in, after completing your studies at the college. Nonetheless, both Accounting and Economics compliment also non-business courses as they offer a wide range of essential skills for life, such as financial and economic literacy, irrespective of your career path.
